Erik K. Johnson – The Podcast Talent Coach Reviews the Show

A few months ago Dave Jackson, of the School of Podcasting, and the Podcast Review Show and Erik K. Johnson of the Podcast Talent Coach reviewed the Jeep Talk Show.  They had many great ideas and we implemented several of them.  After a few months I reached out to The Podcast Review show, unsure if they would do a follow up review.  I emailed the Podcast Review Show, Dave Jackson, a couple of times.  I never heard back from Dave so my assumption was he was too busy, or didn’t do second reviews.

After “meeting” Erik K. Johnson during the prior review, I subscribed to his podcast, Podcast Talent Coach.  Erik has great information and it’s presented, well as you’d expect from someone in radio for 30 years.  After listening to several episodes of the Podcast Talent Coach and hearing that Erik would be happy to do a one on one review of your podcast I contacted him about a review.  He was happy to do it.

Many of you are probably aware we put out a survey recently and I thought the timing of a show review might be an excellent timing.  You can still make your voice heard by clicking on the Survey icon, just to the left side of this post, or find it on our contact page!  I asked if he would mind if we did the review in the form of an interview, hosted by me.  He agreed.  Now you won’t see this episode in our app, or any of the regular ways you listen to the show.  It’s only available here, on the Jeep Talk Show website.  We did this because it’s far outside the normal infotainment we bring you.  This is for the folks that like to know more of the nuts and bolts of how the show is made!
